The Roots
I grew up watching my parents grind. For 30 years, they ran a janitorial supply and carpet cleaning company. No investors. No business coaches. Just two people who showed up every single day and did the work. That’s where I learned that business isn’t about ideas — it’s about execution.
I started my first business at 18 years old. Since then, I’ve built, bought, and sold multiple 6 and 7-figure companies across industries — from security to indoor soccer, limousines to dumpsters.
The Pivot That Changed Everything
For 16 years, I ran Heaven On Wheels Limousines — a luxury transportation company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We had a fleet. We had clients. We had a brand.
Then COVID hit. Overnight, the luxury transportation industry evaporated. Weddings cancelled. Proms gone. Corporate events — zero. Everything I’d built for 16 years was gone in a matter of weeks.
Most people would’ve folded. I grabbed a $4,000 cargo trailer and an old pickup truck, listed a dumpster on Craigslist, and had my first customer in 3 hours. That was the birth of American AF Dumpsters.
Building the Empire
What started with one trailer quickly became something bigger. I built American AF Dumpsters into a multi-truck operation serving the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Then I saw another gap — entrepreneurs needed reliable equipment to start their own operations. That led to American AF Trailers, distributing Cam-Concept hooklift trailers nationwide.
Then came the YouTube channel — where I started sharing everything I was learning. No gatekeeping. Real numbers, real strategies, real talk. 25,000+ subscribers later, the community told me they wanted to connect in person. So I created Dumpster Expo — the nation’s first and only dumpster industry trade show. Built by operators, for operators.
What I Believe
Hard work over hype. Execution over excuses. I believe the home service industry is one of the greatest opportunities for everyday people to build real wealth — without a degree, without investors, without permission. I’m proof of that. And I’m spending the rest of my career making sure other people know it too.
